The Frontrunners Half and Full Marathon training program is geared towards those wanting to prepare for the Goodlife Fitness Victoria Marathon & Half. Participants should be comfortable running 1 hour. Group runs are on Wednesday nights and long runs on Saturday mornings with a pace group that suits the participant’s personal running goals. A half day “Frontrunners University” event will be expose participants to a variety of topics such as technique, shoe fitting and injury prevention, and our knowledgeable Run Leaders can help with any running questions from new or experienced runners.
Clinic Dates: June 13th – Oct 6th
Wednesdays @ 5:30pm (Shelbourne & Westshore 6pm)
Saturdays @ 7:30AM or 8:00am (Long Run)
