Join the SuperCrew for a fun social 45-minute run OR walk followed by a blissful 45-minute yoga class designed to stretch your body and soothe your mind!
Please bring: yoga mat and any other yoga accessories you have (blocks, bolster, strap, blanket, etc.). I have a small class set of blocks and straps and am also happy to share.

About your instructor:
Gillian Goerzen has been teaching people to run for nearly 20 years. She holds a degree in Kinesiology and is a registered Personal Trainer and Group Fitness and Yoga Instructor. With a happy & healthy 20-year relationship with running Gillian has run everything from 5k fun runs on the road, to trail events of varying distance to the Ironman Triathlon and is excited to help you find your passion for running!
